Bliss Bud is inspired by the concept that at the core of each of us is a bud of happiness, goodness, peace, strength, openness, and love. We need only to nurture that bud, tend to it daily in positive ways, for it to bloom and blossom into its potential--our real selves thriving in our fullest and most beautiful potential, and living life in that bliss.
Bliss Bud offers yoga, massage and more as tools to facilitate this process. The intention is to provide services which allow us to take some space and time to first recognize our inner bliss bud, then to take action to value, embrace and grow our bliss bud, learning ways to honour and feed it, letting go of habits that restrict it, and intergrating this into our daily lives.
Each individual blossoms uniquely, but each of us can live in bliss!
In doing so, not only can we individually lead happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives, but we can share and inspire the same positive actions and perspectives and feelings that help our families, our communities, and even our whole world blossom!
