GROUP YOGA CLASSES
Group yoga classes are offered in pre-registered 5 week sessions. If you're a new member to the group yoga class, you will need to enroll in a one-time only Beginner Workshop.  You'll get personalized attention and learn or refine the essential basics of a yoga practice.  This will allow you to practice more effectively and safely which therefore allows you to practice with greater enjoyment.  It also helps you build your confidence and is a very comfortable place to start.  Class space is limited so call to reserve your spot now!

In this session your individual posture weaknesses, occupational and environmental requirements, and areas of tightness and pain will be assessed and addressed. The goal is to create a unique mini yoga practice for you to help bring you into ideal alignment and balance in order to relieve chronic pain and problems that are caused by destructive habits acquired from daily occupational and environmental challenges.

For couples of any kind--friends, spouses, any couple! Learn how to practice yoga with a partner and discover how to find balance together, support each other, develop trust, and deepen bonds all while building individual strength and flexibility.
